Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Service
    We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $70. A flat shipping fee of $8 will be charged for orders below $70. There are no hidden shipping fees for any of our products, including reading books, educational puzzle items, notebooks, pens, and stationery supplies.
  2. Processing & Delivery Time
    All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. The standard delivery time is 7–15 business days depending on your destination country and local logistics conditions. Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, peak shipping seasons or unexpected logistics issues.
  3. Shipment Confirmation
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can monitor your shipment status at any time.
  4. Shipping Exclusions
    We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next available business day. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, weather conditions or third-party logistics companies.
